901 Tall boys

Donald & Mike are both fun-loving guys who enjoy a cold beer and good music.  Having grown up in the Memphis area, both have an appreciation for all types of music including new & old country, southern rock, 80's alternative and traditional pop music.                                                                                                                                      Mike Williams Mike's love of music started in college while playing bass in the college rock band Ocean to Goshen while attending Ole Miss in the late 80's.  Mike has a passion for alternative music including the Cult, Cure, Hoodoo Gurus, and R.E.M. and an appreciation for alternative county that helps shape the musical direction of the Tall Boys sound.  Mike enjoys writing and recording in addition to playing  live shows                                                                                                                                               Donald Robbins Donald has a long history of writing songs and playing guitar.  Donald has a passion for songwriting, poetry, and storytelling which combined with a passion for classic country music is the foundation for the Tall Boys set lists.
